Help with Texas Sales Tax in E-Commerce business?
I want to open an e-commerce business. I (think) that if I sell my own items, I must charge a sales tax if it sells to people in Texas. Is this correct?
My other question involves drop shipping. If my customers (probably from Texas) buys an item from my site, however, I forward the request to a drop shipper (based out of Texas), do my customers still have to pay a sales tax since the item is coming from out of Texas?
