New E-Commerce website problem! Please help me?

Where I am-
I have decided to program the site myself.
I bought a domain from godaddy.com
I bought dreamweaver.
I decided to use paypal as my shopping cart.

My Problem
Is there any good e-books or blogs or books about programming an e-commerce site?
I'm a college student in 30,000 dollars debt, so any advice will be greatly appreciated.
