What's the best accounting software for small businesses?

I'm starting an e-commerce business and I'd like to do the accounting myself.

For the money, you can't beat Quicken Home and Business 2007. I've used it for a little over a year for my computer servicing company and really like it. It doesn't take a lot to learn how to use it and there's plenty of help online. It retails for about $80.00
