where can i find a top notch sales manager with internet marketing experience?

My firm, Endai Worldwide is looking for a sales manager, with online marketing knowledge and experience. I am interested and open to any new ideas and thoughts on where to find this person.

There are several options. If you, yourself or anyone on your team have the time and penchant to conduct the search, then make a list of companies that provide similar services to yours - ideally based in your geographical area, if you want the Manager based there (if not, it is a lesser concern). Identify, approach and recruit the people who drive the business to the funnel of those companies....etc. And there is alot of etcetera.

A suggestion would be to partner with an executive search firm, and have them conduct the search for you in a prioritized manor. Hobson Associates has one of the best reputations for your niche.

What do I need to know about renting a condo to a small business vs. normal tenant???

I have a 2 bed / 2 bath condo in Tempe AZ that we rent out -- in the past it has been a normal tenant lease but we now have a small Internet marketing firm that wants to rent it for their traveling "executives" -- one that will be there 75% of the time and the others will be traveling in and out of town... What type of lease will we need to have (we will require that the lease be in the company owner's name vs their company) and what do we need to know? I have added a $150 cleaning fee to the regular security deposit and will do a 6 month vs 12 month lease to see how it goes.... advice and suggestions from folks with experience in this area is MUCH appreciated -- this is a significant investment for me and while I don't want to jump at just anyone who is applying, we have had the unit vacant for 2 months now and I think if we know what we are getting into and handle this in a smart way it will be OK... thanks!

The business must have license and insurance. You must also get permission to rent your unit as commercial property, you must also have insurance.

Also make sure the business is legal and won't disturb other residents (high traffic, noise, offensive, etal.)
