i have a indian stock market website and i put google advertisement in my website but i m getting Charity adds from google can anyone suggest what can be issue and also in what basis google give advertisemnt to the website..

Google ads puts up PSAs for lots of different reasons, it can't put up ads all the time unless and until your site gets crawled and a lot of traffic.
