Help with buying a website template?

Hi I'm interested in this web template and it says "JS Animated site: Sources Available: .HTML; .PSD" So is this a good one to buy? I will need to have e-commerce and other business stuff built in soon. The graphics are pretty awesome.. thanks for your help.
