whats the tax rate if i have e-commerce site and getting money from USA?
if i have ecommerce gifting site, what are the taxes i have to pay for accepting money from USA to India? is there any process need to do for accepting online money from USA to India? if anyone have any idea about taxes please guide or put a link for related articles..
Not a US tax question, unless you did something stupid like set up a US-based corporation or LLC. The US has no claim on your income from US sources unless the income is "effectively connected" to the US. That WOULD be the case if you created a US corp or LLC, but assuming that you didn't, you'd have no US tax liability.
