What are the security implications of using e-commerce?

The security of e-commerce is traditionally:
Securtity of transmission of details (you need to be able to encrypt and decrypt customer details)
Secuirity of hardware: Your machines need to be well protected from hackers and viruses using firewalls and up to date anti virus software
Finally and recently the Security of site: Ensure that your site can't be high jacked or easily taken down, and in some cases (esp banks) watch that people cant easily copy the look of your website exactly (in order to stop fake phishing websites claiming to be yours)
