Who are the Media Agencies in Canada? Are Ad Networks popular in Canada? If so, which are the most popular?

I'm trying to get an understanding of Canada's overall online market; how the industry works, relationships between advertisers and publishers, etc., specifically pertaining to advertising on the Internet.
