What is the best set top box on the market that offers web apps?

Correction: The roku box does not have apps. It has "channels" however the Boxee box does offer apps. Are there any other solutions that offer streaming media from more ( or better selection. variety ) from sites/ providers?
Roku doesn't do apps or browsing. It's primarily and principally able to stream media content.
The best set-top for webbing on your tv is a Windows 7 x64 PC set up as a home media box with a wireless KB and mouse connected to your TV via HDMI out.
