Are there any multi-level marketing or network marketing companies that deal primarily with charity?

I'm interested in the concepts of mlm and I really like to help people. Is there any way I can do both?

I've heard of one. It's called the Angel Gift Network. I guess they're getting ready to do "beta launch" which I guess is like a pre launch where you don't have to pay for awhile.
