Thinking of trying to start up a small online business (part-time)?
the plan is to create a site to allow landlords etc, market their openings on my site, but my site will be set up more along the lines being marketed towards a specific college campus area. Any idea if this would work or if you would use a site like this over a craigslist type of site?
It would work very well if you can market it successfully. The town where I live has a site like that (it's also a university town), and it's where most students find apartments/houses to rent.
