How many % of companies' revenues are generated through the Internet?

Does anyone know of any statistics/studies which show how much of companies' revenues are generated from the Internet (websites, and the like) globally? It would be great if we can get stats for various industries and for various markets. For instance, how many % of banks' revenues are from their websites? Or how many % of the travel business (hotels, airlines, etc.) are through online booking?

If you look at www.alexa.com you will get an idea of how big a companies presence is on the internet.
