Best way to approach real estate agents?
What's the best way to approach real estate agents offering an online service that would help them sell their listed properties?
Is it by phone / mail / email?
I would assume most real estate agents still arent that comfortable using the internet / email that the best approach would be a letter or tele marketing?
Most agents are actually very well versed on the internet, they have to be at least able to access the MLS. I do not think there is one out there without email going straight to their Blackberry.
99% if them will ignore you with whatever approach you use, email is the cheapest.
Unless you have a license to access the IDX you will not be able to use their MLS listing for anything.
